New Baby
A baby naming is a wonderful celebration of the arrival of a new life, bringing together family and friends who will nurture and support the little one and the family, delighting in the emerging individual personality and each milestone achieved, nurturing, guiding and protecting them along life’s journey. These kinds of celebrations have been around for centuries in many cultures.
As a Celebrant for all family and civil occasions I can offer you Naming Ceremonies for your new bundle of joy. A Naming Service can occur shortly after the arrival or when the child is older. Bringing the family and friends together to celebrate this occasion also brings recognition of the importance and contribution of family and community in the life of the newborn.

I just love being a Marriage Celebrant! As such I’m entrusted with the honour and pleasure of meeting and working closely with couples, like you, in such a special time in your lives.

Honouring Life
For many years I have been assisting people with creating moving ceremonies to mark the loss of a loved family member.
I find this privileged time to gently and sensitively work with your family; a priceless experience as I come to learn the essence of each person, valuing the relationships formed and experiences shared as we harness the myriad memories formed and treasured.
While being sensitive to your family’s grief, the essential qualities of your loved one are drawn together to create a deserving, honest and memorable thanksgiving; a fitting celebration of their life, their personality and experiences.
By giving a voice to their sorrow many families find this a very helpful process to assist them dealing with their grief. Family and friends appreciate the opportunity to gather to show their support and honour the person they have loved and known and to share their memories.
As some people now consider how they wish to approach the end of their life, they may wish to plan for their funeral or memorial to ease the pain on their loved ones and ensure their wishes are honoured. I’m available to help you and work with you to design your ideal send off.
